Who runs this site
syntropic structures is a personal project run by an individual, not a company. The data controller is the project owner, reachable at the contact address in the site footer.
What is collected
If you sign up for updates, the email address you submit is stored. That is all. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and loads no third-party trackers.
Why and on what basis
Your email address is used solely to send you occasional updates about the project. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the signup form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in Google Forms (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), acting as the project's processor. No data is shared with anyone else, ever.
How long
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Denmark: Datatilsynet). To unsubscribe or exercise any right, reply to any update email you receive, or write to the contact address given in those emails.
